Learning & Development System & Operations Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Learning & Development System & Operations Coordinator to manage and support our training programs across Uniworld’s luxury travel brands. The role will ensure smooth administration of learning initiatives, from onboarding to ongoing development, using our Learning Management System.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer learning programs, training events and development activities across brands and external providers.
• Manage learning schedules, enrolments, records, logistics and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Provide first‑line support to learners, promote learning opportunities and resolve technical queries on online platforms.
• Support onboarding, classroom and virtual learning by preparing materials, coordinating communications and assisting facilitators.
• Monitor training completion, maintain accurate learning records, prepare reports and contribute to continuous improvement of learning services.

Required skills

• Experience in Learning & Development, training coordination or talent development.
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Microsoft 365.
• Strong organisational, analytical and communication abilities.
• Facilitation and stakeholder‑management skills are a plus.
• Knowledge of learning needs analysis, instructional design and adult learning principles is advantageous.
