About the role

This fully remote position supports fast‑paced, high‑volume hiring for a dynamic SaaS company based in Switzerland. As a Talent Acquisition Partner you will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, ensuring a smooth end‑to‑end recruitment process while delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle recruitment for assigned technical and non‑technical requisitions.
• Conduct intake sessions with hiring managers to define role requirements and timelines.
• Source, screen and engage candidates using proactive and AI‑assisted recruiting tools.
• Manage the candidate experience, providing clear communication and timely feedback.
• Coordinate interview logistics, including scheduling, panel alignment and debrief facilitation.
• Maintain accurate ATS records, tracking candidate progression and feedback.
• Partner with hiring managers and TA leadership to prioritize requisitions and balance workload.
• Provide regular pipeline updates and hiring insights to stakeholders.
• Identify process bottlenecks and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 5‑7+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in SaaS or technology environments.
• Proven success recruiting technical roles such as software or systems engineering.
• Experience managing multiple high‑volume requisitions simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Highly autonomous working style with a strong ownership mindset.
