About the role
The Bloc is seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead client relationships and drive business growth for our health‑focused creative projects. You will act as the primary liaison between clients and our agency, ensuring deliverables meet strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Manage deliverables and communication between clients and internal teams.
- Draft tactical plans and project briefs to achieve marketing goals.
- Mentor junior account staff and improve agency processes.
- Identify new business opportunities, lead pitches, and negotiate contracts.
- Prepare financial reports, track budgets, and ensure accurate monthly billing.
- Participate in project meetings, coordinate activities, and provide feedback for revisions.
- Maintain strong relationships with agency teams and client departments.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience in a health agency, healthcare, or pharmaceutical environment.
- Self‑motivated with proven ability to build internal and external client relationships.
- Experience developing tactical plans and brand initiatives.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Strong financial management and budgeting experience.
- Ability to work with creative and cross‑functional agency teams.
- Fluent in English and German; French a plus.
