Account Manager – Iberia Market (Geneva)

About the role

The Account Manager will support the Private Banking team in Geneva by handling client administration, order placement and trade execution for the Iberia market. This full‑time position offers a clear pathway to develop into a Junior Relationship Manager role over the mid to long term.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Relationship Managers (RMs) with all client interactions, including answering calls and updating client records.
• Process client orders, trades, payments and other transactions, both through electronic channels and manually.
• Prepare and organise client meetings, handling logistics and document preparation.
• Create system‑based reports for RMs and provide factual information to clients without giving advice.
• Support investigations, troubleshoot issues and collaborate with internal teams.
• Ensure strict compliance with legal, regulatory and internal risk policies, escalating concerns when necessary.

Required profile

• Excellent organisational abilities and the capacity to work accurately under pressure.
• Proactive, friendly, solution‑oriented team player with strong communication skills.
• High integrity, ethical standards and a client‑focused mindset.
• Foundational knowledge of financial markets and their regulatory environment.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
