Asian Specialty Chef – Seasonal Position in St. Moritz

About the role

Kempinski is seeking a motivated Asian Specialty Chef (Chef de Partie level) for the 2026/2027 winter season at its luxury resort in St. Moritz. This seasonal, full‑time role offers the chance to showcase Asian culinary expertise within a 5‑star hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create and develop menus featuring a variety of Asian dishes and sushi.
• Prepare high‑quality Asian cuisine, including Indian specialties and sushi, for hotel guests.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver an exceptional culinary experience.

Required profile

• Valid EU/EFTA passport or ID card.
• Completed chef training with several years of experience in upscale gastronomy.
• In‑depth knowledge of Asian cuisine (Indian and/or sushi).
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and high quality awareness.
• Structured, organised work style and a strong interest in teamwork.
• Very good command of German and English.
