Assistant Food & Beverage Manager – Seasonal (Winter)

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join our team at the Kempinski hotel in St. Moritz for the upcoming winter season. Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage, you will help ensure the smooth operation of all F&B outlets while delivering the five‑star experience our guests expect.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily operations across restaurant, bar, room service and banqueting areas.
• Monitor compliance with Kempinski brand standards, HACCP and hygiene regulations.
• Interact with guests, handle feedback and create memorable experiences.
• Assist in recruiting, training, motivating and developing the F&B team.
• Help with rota planning, holiday scheduling, stock management and cost control.
• Contribute ideas for events, menu presentations and seasonal promotions to boost guest satisfaction and revenue.

Required profile

• Completed hospitality training and several years of experience in upscale hospitality.
• Minimum two years of management experience in a comparable role.
• Strong attention to detail, high quality standards and a structured, organised work approach.
• Fluent in German and English; additional language such as Italian is a plus.
