Assistant – Scientific & CSR (80-100% FTE)

About the role

Join a purpose‑driven association at the intersection of science, quality and sustainability within the leather watch‑bracelet industry. Based in Neuchâtel, you will support projects that enhance safety, responsible sourcing and environmental performance.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor regulatory developments relevant to leather bracelets (CSDDD, CSRD, EUDR, DPP, etc.).
• Update credibility tools such as the Cahier des Charges, Code of Conduct and supplier rating systems.
• Assist in creating supply‑chain mapping reports and develop new analytical tools.
• Review and revise quality documentation.
• Maintain monitoring tools and key performance indicators.
• Support the management of analysis requests and coordinate with external laboratories.
• Organise international shipments via FedEx.
• Provide additional operational support to the team as needed.
