Boutique Manager - French Speaking, High Luxury Brand, Geneva

About the role

A high-luxury brand is recruiting a French-speaking boutique manager for its Geneva store, on behalf of its customer. The manager optimises overall sales performance by taking part in sales to reach quantitative and qualitative targets.

Key responsibilities

• Coach a team of around 15 sales associates, identifying their development and training needs
• Set individual and team goals and proactively assess and manage performance
• Motivate the team, create a positive work environment and foster cooperation among staff and managers
• Help the team build long-term client relationships using clienteling tools to ensure a high level of client experience
• Run action plans to boost business and product performance through visual merchandising, clienteling, training and team animation
• Lead by example, support your own sales and develop your own client portfolio
• Maximise business opportunities through efficient sales-floor management and visible presence
• Ensure policies are respected and support the team in daily operations

Required profile

• 5-7 years of experience in luxury retail as a manager
• Detail-oriented, with strong training, communication, leadership and relational skills
• Passion and high motivation for the luxury environment
• Deep knowledge of clothing and luxury history
• Fluent English and French
