About the role
A recruitment agency is recruiting, on behalf of a high jewellery company, a Sales Advisor to join its boutique in Geneva. The role covers customer service, sales support and store operations.
Key responsibilities
- Guarantee the smooth operation of the store and maintain a good working environment
- Approach customers, advise them on products and help persuade them to buy
- Act as an ambassador of the brand and resolve customer issues
- Coordinate with external suppliers to keep the store maintained
- Work with multiple customers at once, assist other sales team members and achieve sales targets
- Handle checkout and bank transfers, manage stock and ensure merchandise is managed correctly
Required profile
- At least 5-6 years of experience as a Sales Associate or Client Advisor in watches or jewellery brands
- Fluent English and French
- Open to relocation
Required skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, professionalism and an outgoing personality
- Good IT skills and multi-tasking ability
- Customer-oriented approach
