Brand Designer / Art Director (FMCG)

About the role

International Brands seeks a hands‑on Art Director to own the visual and creative direction of its fast‑moving consumer goods brands. You will shape brand worlds from packaging to digital assets, driving shelf impact and market performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative concepts across packaging, web, social and print with a focus on visibility and sales conversion.
• Build and continuously evolve strong brand identities that are consistent and market‑driven.
• Lead projects from idea to market‑ready product, managing freelancers and external partners.
• Leverage AI and modern tools to speed up workflows and improve creative output.

Required profile

• 2–5+ years in design or art direction, preferably within FMCG or retail.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating real FMCG or retail work and proven execution.
• Independent, fast‑moving, solution‑oriented mindset with a willingness to take ownership.
• Fluent in German and English.

Required skills

• Advanced Figma skills for UI and web design.
• Experience designing packaging, social media, web and print assets.
