Brand Portfolio Manager – EMEA

About the role

The Brand Portfolio Manager will make Sazerac brands locally relevant across Europe, the Middle East and South Africa, focusing on Fireball, Buffalo Trace, BuzzBallz, Southern Comfort and Paddy. You will adapt global marketing strategies to local markets and drive brand awareness and consumption.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end execution of campaigns, ensuring global strategies are tailored and delivered in‑store.
• Develop activation plans, budgets, channel and pricing strategies to meet sales and profit targets.
• Localise global marketing toolkits and ensure alignment with brand strategy.
• Collaborate with distributors, sales, and marketing teams to execute brand‑building fundamentals.
• Manage agency partners and creative solutions for packaging, promotion and media.
• Support new product concepts from planning through launch, ensuring on‑time and on‑budget delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Relevant experience in brand marketing, activation or category management with a proven record of driving growth.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment and travel as needed.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proactive, resourceful and solutions‑oriented with a commercial mindset.
