Global Head of Shopper Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a strategic, commercially driven, and highly collaborative Global Head of Shopper Marketing to lead shopper‑marketing capabilities and programs across key markets outside the United States. This senior role sits at the intersection of brand, sales, commercialization, and customer strategy, translating global brand priorities into impactful shopper‑facing activations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute shopper activation frameworks, POS definition and ordering across multiple regions.
• Partner with U.S. shopper‑marketing teams to identify scalable ideas, toolkits and creative platforms for international adaptation.
• Collaborate with global brand and sales teams to create programs tailored to global shopper and retailer needs.
• Oversee agency management, third‑party production and vendor relationships to ensure efficient, high‑quality execution.
• Manage multi‑market programs across channels, customers and regions while balancing local market requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field.
• 8‑10 years of experience in shopper, trade, commercialization or customer marketing within a global consumer‑goods or retail‑driven organization.
• Proven success partnering with sales, brand marketing, category management and commercial teams.
• Experience managing agencies, creative development and production/vendor partnerships.
• Willingness to travel and ability to adapt and scale programs across diverse markets.
