Business Operations Manager

About the role

Aqua Swim, a growing swim school in Geneva, is seeking a proactive Business Operations Manager to keep daily operations running smoothly. The role blends administration, HR, finance, and tech support, offering variety and direct interaction with both staff and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage general administration including emails, schedules, and office supplies.
• Support HR functions such as contracts, payroll assistance, recruitment, and onboarding.
• Handle finance tasks like invoicing, payments, and basic financial tracking.
• Create simple graphics using Canva and maintain databases and software tools.
• Respond to client and team inquiries by phone and email, providing excellent service.
• Assist with ad‑hoc projects and weekend duties as needed in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Tech‑savvy and comfortable using CRM systems, Excel spreadsheets, and standard office software.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to keep multiple tasks in order.
• Strong numerical aptitude for invoicing and basic financial work.
• Excellent communicator, friendly on the phone and responsive to client requests.
• Previous HR experience (contracts or payroll) is a plus.
• Flexible, proactive, and willing to work weekends.
• Fluent in French and English.
