Business & Project Manager – Private Bank Platform

About the role

Join the Private Bank in Switzerland as a Business & Project Manager within the Location and Platform Management Team. You will support and drive platform initiatives, improve processes, and ensure compliant, high‑quality delivery of business and regulatory priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and implement platform‑related initiatives across the Private Bank in Switzerland.
• Contribute to defining and enhancing platform processes, aligning them with booking centres and advisory locations.
• Support and drive improvements to the process framework, including regulatory‑driven initiatives.
• Act as a key point of contact for Front Office, providing guidance on processes, policies, and regulatory requirements, and coordinating internal approvals.
• Collaborate with business, support and control functions and maintain reporting, presentations, and outsourcing‑related documentation.

Required profile

• Solid understanding of Private Banking / Wealth Management.
• Relevant experience in platform management, business management, project management or COO environments.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within challenging timelines.
• Fluent written and spoken English; German or French is a strong advantage.
