Chief of Staff Associate – Personal Assistant to the Founders

About the role

Stableton is looking for a proactive Chief of Staff Associate to act as the personal assistant to its two Co‑Founders (CEO and CFO) in Zurich. This is not a traditional executive‑assistant position; you will be the right‑hand person who keeps the office running smoothly, drives small‑scale projects, and supports both professional and personal needs of the founders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day office operations, supplies, and overall workplace atmosphere.
• Plan and execute team activities, off‑sites, celebrations, and cultural rituals.
• Coordinate vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
• Own end‑to‑end projects such as investor events, workshops, internal launches, and office improvement initiatives.
• Serve as the primary interface for internal and external stakeholders, protecting founders’ time.
• Handle personal errands, gifts, family logistics, travel arrangements, and special requests with the same level of care as business tasks.

Required profile

• Experience in fast‑moving environments such as startups, scale‑ups, or self‑started ventures.
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to deliver outcomes without waiting for direction.
• Creative problem‑solver who can spot needs, propose ideas, and execute them.
• High level of trustworthiness, discretion, and bias for action.
