Compliance Officer – Financial Services (Zurich)

About the role

We are seeking a Compliance Officer to join a leading financial services client in Zurich. The role focuses on strengthening fraud risk governance and supporting the development of robust compliance frameworks within an international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and enhancement of fraud risk framework documentation, policies, and guidance materials.
• Advise stakeholders on fraud risk governance, controls, and mitigation approaches.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Operational Risk, and business functions across borders.
• Contribute to ongoing fraud risk and governance initiatives.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• Proven experience in fraud risk management, compliance, financial crime, or operational risk.
• Experience within insurance, banking, or financial services environments.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.
• Resident of Switzerland or Liechtenstein.
