Computer Vision & MLOps Engineer

About the role

Artidis AG, a clinical stage health technology company focused on tissue analysis and therapy optimization, is hiring a Computer Vision & MLOps Engineer. The role combines deep technical expertise in computer vision with strong MLOps capabilities to build and maintain production-grade AI systems.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deploy computer vision models for medical image classification, advanced segmentation and complex image analysis.
• Implement solutions using deep learning and classical techniques, optimized for medical device and cloud deployment.
• Design and implement end-to-end ML pipelines and manage the model lifecycle from experimentation to production.
• Build, automate and maintain scalable MLOps infrastructure, including monitoring and observability.

Required profile

• Strong background in computer vision solutions for medical images, mainly image segmentation and object recognition.
• English at a high level of expression and comprehension.
• Experience in digital health and driving innovation in healthcare is highly desirable.
• Commitment to documented, clear, efficient and maintainable code, and ability to work independently and proactively within a startup environment.

Required skills

• Python data stack: TensorFlow, PyTorch, NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, OpenCV.
• Kubernetes operators and custom resources, Docker multi-stage builds, Git branching strategies and workflows.
• ML pipelines, CI/CD pipelines, Helm charts and model lifecycle management.
• MLOps platforms such as Argo CD, Argo Workflows, MLflow and Kubeflow.
