Consultant or Senior Consultant – Banking (Geneva)

About the role

Synpulse is looking for a Consultant or Senior Consultant to join its Banking practice in Geneva. You will work on transformation projects for leading Swiss banks, helping them address strategic, operational and technology challenges from concept through implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client business problems and develop pragmatic, impact‑driven solutions.
• Own and deliver specific workstreams, coordinating stakeholders across the project.
• Support the preparation of business and technical concepts and assist with implementation activities.
• Contribute to internal initiatives, business development and the growth of Synpulse’s presence in the Geneva market.

Required profile

• Very good Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a recognised university or university of applied sciences.
• Professional experience in Switzerland (consulting or banking) – 0.5‑2.5 years for Consultant, 2.5‑5 years for Senior Consultant.
• Fluent French and English; German is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical, conceptual and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Hands‑on mentality, entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to travel.
