Consultant(e) en recrutement – secteur construction

About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to support our growth in the construction sector. You will manage both permanent and temporary staffing assignments for projects in structural work and finishing trades, acting as the link between clients and qualified candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire and manage recruitment mandates for qualified construction personnel.
• Analyse client needs, drive the commercial process and close contracts.
• Source, interview, assess and present candidates to clients.
• Develop and maintain a network of clients and candidates.
• Handle contract negotiations, client visits and regular follow‑up.
• Create job advertisements and promote openings on social media.
• Perform administrative tasks and ensure compliance with internal processes and contractual terms.

Required profile

• Commercial or construction‑related education (CFC or equivalent).
• Proven experience in a placement agency is a plus.
• Knowledge of the Vaud construction market is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal skills, business sense and a proactive commercial attitude.
• Autonomous, responsible, pragmatic and dynamic.
• Native French speaker; additional languages are a benefit.
