Content Specialist – Digital Experience

About the role

As a Content Specialist you will help deliver engaging digital experiences across our global websites. Based in Zurich, you will work closely with Marketing, E‑commerce, Creative and Tech teams to ensure content is accurate, on‑brand and supports product launches and campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and publish website content using our CMS, maintaining accuracy and brand consistency.
• Support global product launches, promotional campaigns and seasonal initiatives across multiple markets.
• Create and maintain landing pages, banners and other web assets, balancing visual quality with UX best practices.
• Perform basic asset retouching – cropping, resizing, background edits – and prepare content for web publication.
• Translate business requirements into digital solutions and create clear tickets for the Tech team.
• Identify content issues, bugs and improvement opportunities, and prioritize them through Jira.
• Contribute to site navigation, merchandising and content optimisation activities.
• Leverage AI‑powered tools to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in content management, e‑commerce or digital marketing.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Commercial awareness combined with a technical mindset.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with CMS platforms (Contentful is a plus).
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for image retouching and adaptation.
• Experience using Jira or similar project‑management tools.
• Familiarity with PIM and DAM platforms to ensure omnichannel content consistency.
