Corporate Development Portfolio Manager (Fintech & Emerging Markets)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Corporate Development professional to represent Tether across its corporate development portfolio, focusing on fintech and emerging markets. The role is fully remote and will involve managing post‑investment relationships and driving strategic value for both Tether and its portfolio companies.

Key responsibilities

• Own post‑investment relationships with portfolio companies.
• Identify and execute commercial and strategic synergies between Tether and portfolio firms.
• Provide governance support and board‑level guidance.
• Lead measurable value‑creation initiatives.
• Collaborate with global teams to align portfolio activities with Tether’s overall strategy.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in corporate development, investment, or strategic partnership roles.
• Strong understanding of fintech, digital finance, and emerging market dynamics.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote environment.
