Customer Care Representative

About the role

Join Yuh, Switzerland's leading fintech app, as a Customer Care Representative. You will be the main link between the app and its users, helping them navigate payments, savings, and investments while delivering a smooth, positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inbound and outbound phone calls (about 70‑80% of daily activity) and ensuring a consistently professional experience.
• Provide accurate telephone support, resolving inquiries, issues, and requests related to the Yuh app’s payment, savings, and investment features.
• Guide clients through their financial journey, explaining products, features, and processes in a clear, empathetic, and compliant manner.
• Document all client interactions and outcomes in internal systems to guarantee proper follow‑up and transparency.
• Collaborate with fellow Customer Care Representatives and internal departments to improve service delivery and contribute insights for platform enhancements.
• Uphold fair client treatment, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance at all times.

Required profile

• Completed apprenticeship (Federal certificate of Competence, Fachausweis, or Berufsmatura).
• Previous experience in customer satisfaction, preferably within financial services handling enquiries and complaints.
• Fluency in English and German; Italian proficiency is highly recommended.
• Strong interest in financial products and markets, including stocks, ETFs, and cryptocurrencies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive, “can‑do” attitude and ability to work well in a team.
