Design Production Internship

About the role

Aepsy is looking for a Design Production Intern to support the creation of high‑quality visual assets that help improve access to mental healthcare in Switzerland. Working closely with the Chief Design Officer, you will provide design support across product, sales, marketing, and operations teams. This role focuses on precise, efficient production rather than UX or product design.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare slides and decks for webinars, partner events, HR presentations, and internal communications.
• Design and update B2B marketing materials such as posters, flyers, and other visual collateral.
• Support the sales team with custom slide decks and keep presentation templates aligned with the brand.
• Retouch imagery for platform providers, format audio presentation assets, and handle recurring visual requests from operations.
• Execute ad‑hoc graphic design tasks, maintain file organization and asset libraries, and promote a culture of clean, consistent design output.

Required profile

• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple parallel tasks.
• High attention to detail and a passion for precise visual production.

Required skills

• Adobe InDesign and Illustrator (Adobe Creative Suite).
• PowerPoint and Keynote for building and formatting slide decks.
• Figma for working within existing design systems.
• Basic image retouching and photo editing.
