Digital Marketing Intern

About the role

DLG is looking for a motivated Digital Marketing Intern to join its Client Services Team. You will split your time between social media and performance marketing, supporting luxury brand clients on a global scale.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing social media strategies, research, benchmarking, and content calendar creation.
• Schedule and publish content on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Manage community interactions, monitor comments, and engage with audiences.
• Craft copy for client social media activities and marketing projects.
• Report on social media performance, deliver insights and flag trends.
• Support acquisition campaigns across Search, Display, and Social Media channels.
• Conduct research and benchmarking using Google Keyword Planner, SEMRush, and related tools.
• Monitor web analytics dashboards and produce reports or ad‑hoc analysis.
• Attend client and internal meetings, share updates and coordinate follow‑up actions.

Required profile

• 6–9 months of experience in social media, performance marketing, or a related digital role.
• Previous experience with social media posting, reporting, or campaign management tools.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Ads.
• University degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Swiss nationality or a valid work permit.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• English C2 and French C1 minimum.
