Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a data‑driven, analytical Digital Marketing Manager to join our Zurich office and report to the Director of Digital Marketing. You will own key digital channels, drive performance across international markets, and act as a strategic partner to help us become the world’s largest and most trusted au pair program. This position is fully onsite, working closely with sales, creative, and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Channel Ownership & Optimisation: Set up, manage, and continuously optimise digital campaigns, audiences, and ad builds while ensuring data integrity.
• Stakeholder & Market Support: Partner with creative teams on global campaign briefs and provide insights to Country Product Managers.
• Reporting & Insights: Produce high‑quality daily, weekly and monthly reports using Looker Studio and Salesforce, highlighting trends, risks and opportunities.
• Communication & Presentation: Deliver clear performance presentations to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Scaled Experimentation & Testing: Design and run A/B tests across markets, maintain a test library and document learnings.
