Director, Pricing and Contracting, Immunology

About the role

Shape pricing and access strategies for innovative Immunology medicines on a global scale. Partner with therapeutic areas, strategy, access, finance and policy teams to drive strategic pricing decisions across the product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Support development and execution of pricing strategies for assigned compounds and indications.
• Collaborate on pricing research with international functions, countries and regions to identify competitive trends.
• Design and oversee global launch sequence optimization to maximize pricing and access outcomes.
• Develop pricing and access models and provide strategic recommendations.
• Provide pricing input into early‑stage assets and due‑diligence projects.
• Act as pricing expert for assigned countries and share market insights.
• Partner with countries to conduct pricing scenario analyses and support local decision‑making.
• Review and endorse product price proposals and monitor implementation.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical companies, HTA agencies or healthcare consultancies.
• Extensive experience in pricing, market access and commercial strategy across multiple brands.
• Strong above‑country experience with regional or global pricing responsibilities.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex information.
• Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and financial understanding.
• Proven success working across functions such as Therapeutic Areas, Value & Access, Strategy & Growth and Finance.
• Experience preparing and negotiating reimbursement submissions and HTA engagements.
• Proficient written and spoken English.
