Early Careers Programme – Fall 2026 Cohort

About the role

The World Economic Forum is offering a six‑month Early Careers Programme for the Fall 2026 cohort. Participants will join a global team of over 1,000 professionals across Geneva, Beijing, Mumbai, and Tokyo, gaining hands‑on experience in a dynamic, public‑private cooperation environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support business development and engagement activities that strengthen strategic relationships.
• Contribute to project workstreams, research, and analysis that inform Forum initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior staff and cross‑functional teams to deliver impactful deliverables.
• Assist in preparing briefing materials, reports, and stakeholder communications.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (bachelor’s or master’s) with up to three years of cumulative work experience, including internships.
• Strong interest in global challenges, public‑private collaboration, and policy‑driven projects.
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities.

Required skills

What we offer

• Full‑time onsite contract for six months.
• Monthly gross compensation (CHF 4 500, CNY 12 500, INR 91 666, or JPY 333 333).
• Work‑authorization support for Geneva‑based roles.
