FMCG Brand Art Director / Designer

About the role

International Brands is seeking a hands‑on Art Director who will own the visual and creative direction of its fast‑growing personal‑care and FMCG portfolio. The role blends packaging, brand world building and digital assets with a strong focus on market performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative concepts across packaging, web, social and print, ensuring high shelf visibility and consumer impact.
• Build and continuously evolve strong brand worlds with a consistent visual identity.
• Lead projects from idea to market‑ready product, managing freelancers and external partners.
• Leverage AI and modern tools to accelerate workflows and creative output.

Required profile

• 2–5+ years of experience in design or art direction, preferably within FMCG or retail.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating real FMCG, packaging and retail work.
• Hands‑on, fast‑moving, solution‑oriented mindset with a willingness to take ownership.
• Fluent in German and English.
