Food & Beverage and Event Coordination Intern

About the role

Nestlé Research is looking for a Food & Beverage and Event Intern in Vers-chez-les-Blanc, Switzerland. The internship lasts 6 months, is on-site and starts in February 2027. You will support daily hospitality operations and help deliver seamless, memorable events, working closely with the Food & Beverage Manager, Event Coordinator, restaurant and event teams and guest-facing colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate event logistics, guest communication and on-site support to deliver smooth, welcoming experiences.
• Analyse operational data and present clear insights that support informed decisions and service improvements.
• Develop fresh ideas and practical concepts that enhance food, beverage and event offerings.
• Partner across teams to solve unexpected challenges, prioritise tasks and keep operations running smoothly.
• Support daily restaurant and hospitality operations while anticipating guest and team needs.

Required profile

• Current student or recent graduate (Bachelor or Master) in hospitality, F&B or a related field.
• Prior hands-on exposure to food and beverage service, guest-facing operations or event support.
• Organised, reliable and attentive, able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service, communication and analytical skills, with curiosity and a proactive approach to learning.
• Fluent French; English is an advantage.
