FP&A Manager – Finance Planning & Analysis

About the role

Hikma Pharmaceuticals is looking for an experienced FP&A Manager to lead financial planning and performance management for its newly established Swiss principal company. The role will support commercial, CMO, business development and R&D workstreams and work closely with senior leaders and the Global Head of FP&A.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting and long‑range planning process for the Swiss branch.
• Own and maintain the P&L model, building financial models for commercial, manufacturing, BD and R&D activities.
• Prepare monthly management reports, executive dashboards and variance analysis.
• Support inter‑company and transfer‑pricing frameworks, collaborating with Group Tax and external advisors.
• Evaluate licensing, partnership and CMO opportunities, building deal economics and investment cases.
• Maintain financial oversight of R&D programs, tracking spend and forecasting funding needs.
• Drive automation and process improvements using SAP, Excel and Power BI.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within a multinational environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, transfer pricing and deal support.
