About the role
Boost Inc is expanding its operator business across Switzerland and seeks a high‑energy freelance Talent Acquisition Specialist. You will own a dynamic pipeline of 10‑15 positions, focusing on frontline talent, technicians, and merchandisers in the Swiss market.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for 10‑15 open roles simultaneously.
- Design and execute innovative, non‑standard sourcing strategies (e.g., hidden communities, creative networking, competitive intelligence).
- Scout, engage, and attract top‑tier passive talent tailored to the Swiss operator market.
- Leverage knowledge of DACH and Romandie regional dynamics to ensure cultural and professional fit.
- Dedicate 3‑4 focused days per week to align freelance agility with corporate recruitment standards.
Required profile
- Proactive, curious recruiter who experiments with new sourcing methods.
- Comfortable managing a busy pipeline of 10+ roles.
- Native German speaker; strong French proficiency required; English used internally.
- Excellent facilitator who guides hiring teams through a smooth recruitment process.
- Available to work 3‑4 days per week on a freelance basis.
