Global Head of Regulatory Data, Digital and AI

About the role

Lead the definition, ownership, and execution of the digital, automation, and AI strategy for Technical Regulatory at Roche, driving transformation of regulatory processes worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement digital, automation and AI road‑maps, including generative AI and machine‑learning solutions.
• Establish data and AI governance frameworks to ensure compliant, high‑quality data stewardship.
• Partner with IT, RIM owners, data stewards and vendors to deliver end‑to‑end digital capabilities.
• Build advanced analytics, BI platforms and real‑time dashboards to monitor performance.
• Lead change‑management, training and adoption of new digital tools across the organization.

Required profile

• Master’s or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences or related field.
• Extensive experience in pharma/biotech digital transformation and advanced analytics.
• Proven leadership in coaching high‑performing, agile teams.
• Strong stakeholder alignment and change‑management expertise.
