Global Product Specialist – Process Performance Motors

About the role

The Product Specialist is the operational backbone of the Process Performance Motor portfolio, ensuring product data quality, supporting lifecycle projects and providing market and competitive intelligence across the Motion / IEC Low Voltage Motors division.

Key responsibilities

• Gather market data and customer feedback to identify trends, unmet needs and guide portfolio decisions.
• Analyze competitor portfolios, benchmark technical performance and identify portfolio gaps.
• Support R&D and Product Management by consolidating requirements, managing business cases and tracking project execution from development through launch.
• Ensure product information accuracy throughout the lifecycle by identifying data gaps, driving corrections and assisting sales with product‑related queries.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management, R&D, Engineering, Sales or Marketing.
• Strong knowledge of low voltage motors, market dynamics and customer needs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• Analytical thinking, proactive and structured work style, fluent in English.
