Graduate Talent Program 2027 – Pension Solutions

About the role

UBS is looking for ambitious recent graduates to join its 2027 Graduate Talent Program in Zurich, in the team Obtaining Pension Solutions. The program is 18 months long and covers the Swiss retirement market, including pillar 3a solutions, vested benefits and 1e executive plans. It starts on 1 February 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze the competitive landscape to derive actionable recommendations for product strategy and positioning
• Support agile, continuous development of new products, product enhancements, processes and strategic initiatives
• Design innovative, customer-centric pension solutions and journeys
• Support product communication and sales activation campaigns
• Collaborate within cross-functional agile teams in an agile pod environment

Required profile

• Recent graduate (within the last 24 months) with a completed degree and no more than two years of full-time work experience
• Competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
• Interest in the financial industry; all majors are welcome
• Fluent German and excellent English
• Strategic thinker with strong communication, conceptual and analytical skills
