Graduate Talent Program – Real Estate & Services, Zurich

About the role

UBS is recruiting recent graduates for its Group Real Estate and Supply Chain Graduate Talent Program in Switzerland, starting 1 February 2027. The program is based in the Zurich offices of the Switzerland Real Estate & Services team, which manages UBS's real estate and related services in Switzerland. It is an 18-month program combining professional and technical training, core banking skills, mentorship and rotations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and prepare management information to support business and management activities and strategic initiatives, including the adoption of digital and AI-enabled solutions
• Support governance, risk reporting, compliance and audit processes, gaining insight into risk, quality and control
• Create audience-focused communications, presentations, townhalls and engagement activities

Required profile

• Recent graduate (within the last 24 months) who has completed their degree and graduation requirements by the start date
• No more than two years of full-time work experience
• Bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in real estate (e.g. real estate management, architecture, engineering, facility management) or business analytics
• Excellent German and English skills
• Values of hard work, trustworthiness, dedication and collaboration, with strong communication and analytical skills
