Relationship Manager / Junior Relationship Manager

About the role

Amicum Capital AG, a Swiss multi-family office representing ultra high net worth individuals mainly from Eastern Europe, is looking for a highly motivated Relationship Manager (or junior Relationship Manager) for its Zurich-based team. The role builds long-term client relationships, serves clients' complex and demanding needs, develops existing and new relationships and contributes to revenue growth, while adhering to the strict compliance standards of the Swiss regulatory environment.

Key responsibilities

• Cultivate trust with clients and prospects through tailored recommendations across a wide range of products and services.
• Understand clients' needs, preferences and history, and respond quickly to changes in the business landscape and client demands.
• Manage client portfolios and act as relationship lead to ensure an exceptional client experience.
• Collaborate with internal and external experts to deliver solutions covering investment tasks, credit, banking and other professional services.
• Provide administrative support for client interactions.
• Guide clients through KYC documentation and ensure compliance with AML, compliance and other regulatory standards.
• Handle account opening procedures and keep clients and financial institutions informed.
• Senior profiles: actively pursue and onboard new clients to grow the client base.

Required profile

• Higher economic education.
• 3 to 5 years of banking experience in ultra high net worth and high-risk client segments (CIS markets).
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Russian or Ukrainian is a plus.
• Excellent computer skills, reliability, responsibility and adaptability.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and with multiple priorities, and willingness to work with a flexible schedule.
