Growth Hacker / Performance Marketer

About the role

Parashift, a European leader in AI‑first cloud document automation, is looking for a Growth Hacker / Performance Marketer to own demand‑generation activities and drive Sales Qualified Leads for its outbound sales and GTM teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise multi‑channel campaigns across LinkedIn (organic & paid), SEO, generative engine optimisation, email and webinars.
• Continuously test new channels and scale those that generate qualified leads while retiring under‑performing tactics.
• Build and maintain an automated AI‑driven content engine that delivers high‑quality copy on a weekly basis.
• Ensure AI‑generated content meets brand tone, accuracy and relevance standards.
• Develop and run webinar and event marketing programmes, including targeting, execution and lead follow‑up for European trade shows.
• Support outbound sales with compelling storytelling and design assets that meet high‑quality standards.

Required profile

• Data‑driven marketer with a proven track record of turning campaigns into measurable pipeline.
• Comfortable with rapid experimentation and continuous optimisation.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret performance metrics.
• Fluent in English and motivated to work in a fast‑growing AI SaaS environment.
