HR Manager (French Speaking) – Geneva (Hybrid)

About the role

The organization, a leading international financial services provider, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to support its European workforce, with a focus on France and Switzerland. This hybrid role in Geneva combines strategic partnership with operational HR delivery across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with managers and leadership on a broad range of HR matters, providing advice on employee relations, performance management, disciplinary and grievance issues.
• Support organisational change, restructures and workforce planning initiatives, ensuring compliance with local employment legislation.
• Advise stakeholders on HR policies, procedures and employment law, and manage complex employee relations cases.
• Collaborate with global HR colleagues to deliver people initiatives, talent management, succession planning and employee engagement activities.

Required profile

• Fluent French (written and spoken) with strong knowledge of French and Swiss employment law.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or senior HR Business Partner, handling complex employee relations.
• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, international environment.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused approach with strong commercial awareness; CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable.
