HR Service & Operations Specialist (m/f/d)

About the role

WinGD is looking for an HR Service & Operations Specialist (m/f/d) for its People & Culture team, working 80-100%. The role is a trusted partner for employees and managers across the employee lifecycle, with hands-on exposure to HR administration, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, process improvement and digital HR initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle service and operations
• Maintain employee data in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors
• Support employees and managers on HR operational and administrative topics
• Join HR projects such as workflow implementation or Lean Administration
• Contribute to HR process optimization, digitalization and continuous improvement
• Support payroll-related activities and compliance processes such as Internal Controls
• Work closely with HR Business Partners and business stakeholders

Required profile

• Experience in HR Administration, HR Operations or commercial roles with HR exposure
• Interest in HR processes and systems such as SAP HCM and SuccessFactors
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and reliability
• Structured and service-oriented mindset
• Native German and strong English
• HR-Fachausweis or willingness to develop professionally
