Investment Consultant – Geneva

About the role

Schroders, a leading active asset manager, is seeking an Investment Consultant to join its Geneva team. You will provide expert investment advice to private‑client portfolios across Switzerland, Europe and the Middle East, supporting both advisory and discretionary mandates.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver direct and indirect investment advice on all asset classes to clients and relationship managers.
• Conduct portfolio reviews, prepare investment proposals and generate new investment ideas.
• Create sales and presentation materials using Microsoft Office tools.
• Provide advisory and discretionary investment management services alongside relationship managers.
• Prepare client meeting documents and presentations (PowerPoint, Excel).
• Proactively oversee advisory mandates and ensure alignment with client objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in investment consulting or wealth management.
• Higher finance education; professional qualifications such as CFA, AZEK or CAIA are a plus.
• Broad knowledge of all asset classes and investment funds.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; fluency in English required, Arabic a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
