Lead Product Manager – Decision Intelligence & Digital Analytics

About the role

We are seeking a strategic Lead Product Manager to own the vision, roadmap and delivery of a portfolio of digital products that empower R&D teams to generate insights, make decisions and optimise scientific workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision, multi‑horizon roadmap and portfolio strategy for the POD area.
• Prioritise investments across products, balancing value, cost, time, risk and capacity.
• Deliver analytics, forecasting, scenario planning and AI‑enabled decision‑support solutions.
• Partner with R&D, data, technology, security and governance stakeholders to translate needs into measurable outcomes.
• Establish and track OKRs/KPIs related to adoption, decision quality, cycle‑time reduction and total cost of ownership.
• Lead product delivery practices including backlog management, release governance and outcome‑oriented increments.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading product‑centric teams in an Agile/Lean environment.
• Strong product strategy skills: vision setting, road‑mapping, portfolio management and value measurement.
• Experience with analytics, predictive modelling, decision intelligence, planning, forecasting or AI‑enabled digital products.
• Ability to translate complex R&D needs into clear product strategies and scalable solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder leadership and influence without formal authority.
