Live-In VIP Guest Assistant (English/French) - Gstaad

About the role

A prestigious household in Gstaad is looking for a dedicated, professional person to provide high-level VIP guest services. This is a live-in, seasonal position with a full workload, starting as soon as possible. The employer offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience and provides a car.

Key responsibilities

• Provide general VIP guest services with a high level of personal attention and care
• Greet and entertain guests and handle all guest requests and feedback promptly
• Assist with and organise in-house events
• Organise shuttles and make restaurant reservations
• Provide driving services as required
• Coordinate with cleaning staff to keep the premises pristine
• Handle shopping and errands as needed

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in or a graduate of a Swiss hotel management school
• Passionate about high-end hospitality and international guests
• Proficient in English, ideally also German; other languages are a plus
• Valid driver's licence
• Independent, flexible, discreet, with excellent organisational skills and excellent manners
