About the role
UEFA is looking for a creative Graphic Designer who specialises in visualising spatial information. You will design fan‑facing maps and wayfinding graphics for UEFA club finals, national team tournaments and other major events, helping spectators navigate venues safely and enjoyably.
Key responsibilities
- Design detailed, intuitive maps for UEFA club finals, national team tournaments and major events.
- Translate complex site plans and CAD files into simplified, public‑ready graphics.
- Create tailored visual guides for different audiences, including the public, VIPs, teams and staff.
- Maintain a library of reusable templates, icons and layouts to streamline future projects.
- Produce print‑ready assets in multiple formats (PDF, EPS, SVG, etc.) and collaborate with printers and digital media teams.
- Support special map requests and other visual material needs.
- Ensure all outputs follow UEFA brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
- Document workflows, naming conventions and version control for multilingual localisation.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in graphic design for events, sport, entertainment or wayfinding.
- Proven track record creating maps, diagrams or spatial layouts for public use.
- Experience in fast‑paced event environments is desirable.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
