Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead the promotion of Les Roches’ hospitality and experience‑economy programmes across our Swiss campus. The role combines brand communication, digital event organisation and on‑site activation to attract prospective students worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and produce key marketing collaterals – brochures, website content, videos, one‑pagers – ensuring consistent brand messaging.
• Plan and execute online recruitment events such as webinars, LinkedIn Live sessions and virtual campus tours.
• Support the operational coordination of on‑campus activities including open days, private visits and high‑school outreach events.
• Lead brand communications and the Student Ambassador programme, driving programme promotion and stakeholder engagement.
• Create pre‑arrival, check‑in and campus‑specific materials and communicate with prescribers and external partners.

Required profile

• Passionate storyteller with a strong grasp of contemporary marketing techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to build relationships with students, faculty and external partners.
• Team‑player who can support marketing and wider campus teams in a fast‑changing environment.
• Bilingual in French and English.
• Creative, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency with InDesign or comparable design software (a plus).
