Night Dishwasher – Luxury Hotel

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Night Dishwasher to join the culinary team at a five‑star boutique hotel in the Swiss Alps. The role focuses on maintaining a spotless kitchen environment during night shifts, supporting the kitchen staff, and upholding the highest standards of hygiene.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all kitchen areas, equipment, and workstations.
• Wash, sanitize, and store kitchenware, tableware, and utensils.
• Handle crockery, glassware, and equipment carefully to prevent breakage.
• Assist the kitchen team with basic food preparation, plating, and mise en place as needed.
• Participate in inventory counts and stock‑taking procedures.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations, including HACCP standards.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality.
• Highly organized, meticulous, and detail‑oriented.
• Dynamic, reliable, and capable of working independently.
• Flexible availability for varying shifts, including night hours.
• Good command of French and/or English.

Required skills

• Knowledge of HACCP food‑safety standards.
