Product Marketing Manager

About the role

Art Basel is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own the growth and development of a dedicated product group within its portfolio. Reporting to the Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will work within portfolio‑level positioning, lifecycle, and KPI frameworks to drive market adoption and long‑term sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Apply and refine product positioning and audience segments to ensure clear, resonant value propositions.
• Lead end‑to‑end product marketing execution, translating portfolio frameworks into performance‑driven go‑to‑market plans.
• Develop acquisition, activation, and retention strategies in partnership with CRM, digital, and data teams.
• Define launch and adoption tactics for new initiatives, features, or product evolutions.
• Monitor KPIs across awareness, engagement, conversion, and retention, providing optimisation recommendations.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Brand, Communications, Partner Marketing, and Fair Marketing teams.
• Manage product marketing budgets, forecast accurately, and report on performance metrics.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing tactics.
• Excellent communication skills to align product positioning with commercial objectives.
• Proven experience in lifecycle marketing and go‑to‑market execution.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple internal teams.
