About the role
Snowflake is looking for a Project Manager to support its delivery teams on mid-sized technical projects. The role provides visibility, service reviews and reporting across the implementation lifecycle, with a customer-centric approach. It is a "Journey-Level" position offering a clear path toward advanced project management through "zero-surprise" reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain project documentation and track task effort in Smartsheet or Certinia
- Create detailed Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and link effort and resources to each task
- Lead internal and client meetings with thorough documentation and follow-up
- Resolve internal resource conflicts so projects stay on track
- Keep project margins within +/- 5% of target and achieve CSAT scores above 4.0
Required profile
- Typically 2-5 years of field experience in a services delivery or technical implementation role
- Bachelor's degree required
- Fluent German (regional requirements)
- Ability to complete SnowPro Core within 60 days of hire
Required skills
- Basic SQL
- JIRA and Confluence
- Fundamental Snowflake architecture
