Recruiter – Sourcing Specialist

About the role

Chaberton Partners is seeking a tech‑savvy Sourcing Specialist to join its Swiss team in Geneva or Lausanne. You will support consultants across French‑speaking Switzerland by identifying and engaging top talent using advanced digital and AI‑driven sourcing techniques.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage sourcing projects, attracting candidates via LinkedIn, digital platforms and specialized IT tools.
• Develop and optimise sourcing strategies leveraging AI solutions and emerging recruitment technologies.
• Contribute to the design, testing and enhancement of new tools to improve sourcing efficiency.
• Maintain accurate data entry and manage candidate databases within the ATS.
• Maintain dashboards, reporting tools and analytics to support data‑driven decisions.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Swiss and international offices in a multicultural environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, Data Analytics or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in recruitment or sourcing.
• Native French speaker with strong English communication skills (minimum B2).
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and able to manage projects independently.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn and digital sourcing platforms.
• Experience using AI tools and recruitment technologies.
• Strong affinity for data analytics and dashboard creation.
• Competence in managing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
