Room Attendant – Luxury Boutique Hotel

About the role

Join the dedicated housekeeping team at a five‑star boutique retreat in the Swiss Alps. As a Room Attendant you will ensure guest rooms, residences and public areas are impeccably clean and ready for discerning visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms, suites and private residences according to the hotel’s luxury standards.
• Provide turndown service following established procedures.
• Maintain public areas in line with the Executive Housekeeper’s guidelines.
• Report lost‑and‑found items and follow proper documentation processes.
• Communicate guest requests promptly to the Executive Housekeeper.
• Identify and report any maintenance or repair needs observed during cleaning.
• Assist the laundry department when required.
• Perform additional duties based on occupancy levels and operational needs.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality, a private chalet, villa or yachting environment.
• Fluent in both French and English.
• Impeccable grooming, professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, proactive and able to work independently.
• Flexible availability for various shifts.
