Scientific Education Manager – Dental Solutions

About the role

Solventum is seeking a Scientific Education Manager for Dental Solutions across EMEA. You will work remotely, collaborating with internal teams and external key opinion leaders to deliver high‑quality scientific education and support for orthodontic and restorative dental products.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, build and maintain relationships with KOLs, clinicians, academic advisors and internal stakeholders.
• Support creation of scientific content, educational programs and strategic communications.
• Organise online and face‑to‑face training sessions across EMEA on safe and effective use of Solventum materials.
• Present clinical and technical information to teams, customers, associations and universities.
• Provide specialised clinical support to orthodontists and dentists on digitally designed aligners and restorative workflows.

Required profile

• Dentist degree or higher with broad product knowledge in dental and orthodontic treatment processes.
• Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
• Proven experience in curriculum design, delivery for healthcare professionals and KOL engagement.
• Strong customer focus, organisational skills and ability to manage priorities.
